Counselling

What to expect with counselling.

Reaching out is a brave step. Sometimes stress builds, life happens or our history including trauma, unresolved conflict or relationship patterns can leave us feeling stuck. Playing the same tapes over and over. A negative relationship with ourselves. Facing the same patterns or facing unfamiliar situations, challenges or decisions. It can be exhausting and feel isolating. If you are looking to address the root of the issue and find support through change, then reach out. I am an easy-going, straightforward, therapist and conflict resolution specialist.

Some of the areas I work in are; trauma, anxiety, stress (workplace stress, conflict and harassment), Vicarious trauma, PTSD, childhood abuse, anger management, domestic abuse, addictions, and relationship concerns. I use an integrative model including; EMDR, CBT, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, among others. LGBTQ2S+. I offer individual psychotherapy and occasional couples therapy.
